None. Even the pay range is low for this position especially in NY. Joke company.

Terrible. Management was completely incompetent, lacking even the most basic organizational skills and failing to provide any meaningful support. The workload was overwhelming, with terrible communication at every level that only added to the confusion. The executive team seemed entirely disengaged, expecting us to manage everything on our own. Selfish liars, making decisions that benefited only themselves while disregarding the team. Just throw everyone else under the bus for their mistakes. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, leading to constant frustration and inefficiency. If you enjoy being undervalued, this is the place for you. If you value your sanity and career growth, look elsewhere.
