Pros
I had 5+ years of experience in this company. It's good to go for fresher employment. Job security is Good. Never met recession. Average work life balance. Since product based company,if you have learned about companys own technical framework.. (Drools accessed on Rest Service - simple own api and table configs), you can stay there for any years. If you live your life in office you will get good hike around 30% + per year. Decent Hike will be there around 12% onwards based on your need.
Cons
Office on Alternate Saturday Half-day. (But it will take all your day) Whatever the package the takehome will be very less. 4L package you will get 29.5k pm only. Mostly ppl from other IT company doesn't stay more years/months. It's because of the last minute plans on weekend releases which will make you stay on office. No innovative tasks/technology will be there, have to grind same thing which you do once. Yearly 2 team outing in 400 rupees budget. No cab facility or it's reimbursement for late night work to female employees too. No benefits on the insurance policy cover they offer. It's just a name sake. Overall it's nor good nor bad company.
