Company's spiraling downward - Manager Solaris Paper Inc. Employee Review

Current CEO and other company leaders are awful. CEO has driven out so many great former leaders and colleagues and replaced them with inexperienced people. CEO not a stable person with sub-standard business acumen, yet their Chinese and Indonesian overseas leadership keeps them in place. HR is terrible. No advancement, no significant raises. Iron fisted corporate culture. No care for the wellbeing or reward of employees. I do not recommend accepting a position at corporate office.
