Really good are, good employees, good environment, perfect people

There are good people that want the US team to be very successful. Unfortunately leadership does not.

This company is the definition of a toxic environment. The company has a very PE mindset with little regard for employee benefit. Zero work-life balance. Family is not important. One of the “APP Iron Army” pillars is “your only value is to create value for company.” Look up APP Iron Army on YouTube to see the rest of the absurd pillars. Meetings are expected all hours, including nights and weekends. There is a continuous blame game. Instead of uniting and seeking improvement, senior leadership is more concerned with finding who to blame on an individual level. Unrealistic goals without any support to achieve. Zero long term vision. Every day is a constant discussion about “this month” and drivers of current month business without any regard for long term strategy. The company is policy driven to a fault. The organization will never break policy, even when common sense would dictate otherwise. A general lack of empathy. Doing what is right for the employee is always the very last consideration. My advice would be to stay FAR away!!
