Pros

In the past, it was a fast growing company with a good and young atmosphere, startup mood and very success oriented. Growing field and positive for our planet (now days it is a bit unstable due to regulatory changes in the US and in the EU) In the past it was quite a good place to learn the practical work in a leading global company with MP production scales. (i am not sure that these days it is still relevant since many subject matter experts and seniors have left the company)

Cons

The transition to corporate organization brought many bad things with it, politics and "combinot" took over, many appointments based on loyalty rather than professionalism and suitability for the position. There is no match between the demands and expectations from the employee and his actual total compensation package - very poor compensation for the low-mid level employees. Can't say that regarding the high levels ... Bad Work Home Balance No clear policy regarding RSUs, bonuses and promotions (again, objectivity, contribution and professionalism are not the leading factors ...) Unfortunately, an organizational culture of lying and dishonesty has taken root at various levels. Outrages management strategic decisions were made who brought the company to the brink of bankruptcy and a 95% decline in value ... no one really took responsibility for that ...

Pros

Team, Culture and Benefits. Ease of connecting with leaders and decision makers. The teams are friendly, supportive and collaborative. Probably one of the best places for work/life balance.

Cons

It's a global company but it very much acts like a start up. In some ways this can create dynamic individuals. On the other hand this can be a hinderance when they implement new programs, internal systems and procedures as their approach is not with a 'global' mindset and each region is left to fill in much of the gaps. While everyone is very good at knowledge sharing and taking time to train people individually, there doesn't seem to be a structured training program which can lead to frustration. Very minimal growth or slow growth opportunities, overall. Many people who join the company will not likely see a promotion before 2 years or more. Global HQ is also controlling when it comes to access. For example: this is the only place as an HR person that you will not gain access to the full HRIS system so you can verify re-hire statuses of past employees or be able to perform other simple verifications or reporting.
