Pros
Training is hardcore but you learn so much about the great things that this company is doing and its pretty inspirational. I love knowing that i will always be taken care of insurance wise because they use the best companies without charging you half your paycheck. I can literally see us growing and getting bigger by the day, which means faster promotions.
Cons
It isn't a game or a quick way to get free housing and just sit on your butt and do nothing all day, its hard work but if you keep your mind right and stay focused, the hard work doesn't last long. I've taken a lot of cold showers, and my bed is filled with air and has a plug. I know a guy that had to sleep on the floor for like 4 months just to save his spot with this company, so that once his hiring process was complete, he could start selling. Pay is great though.
