Company has good canned sales presentations and sales tools
Cons
Company dropped the whole department on a Monday without any employee notice. The solar sale is a pitch, no real skills needed other than bothering individuals shopping at home depot. Solar sales management is inexperienced and overall lacks people development skills and there is no career path. The commission plan is paltry 35K for all sales + commish is well below market rate, esp for San Francisco Bay Area.
