Pros
Intelligent employees that were passionate about solar and respectful of each other. Several events brought people from many departments together.
Cons
Commercial Sales didn't get nearly as many resources as Residential Sales so we were operating in startup mode. Communication from management wasn't always clear with pricing and targets changing almost quarterly. However, some of these problems were caused by changes in the industry.
