Fairly easy product to sell. Elon Musk. The original comp plan.
Cons
They changed the processes and comp plan WAY to frickin often. The philosophy of only pay people if they work is admirable and as things should be in a perfect world. But let's revisit the real world for a minute. If you force people to work harder than they expect the job should be, you will have less than desired results. A person is only going to work as hard as the company expects them to. Those driven by money and power will work harder. However...the majority of your workforce are average everyday normal hard working people...NOT the kind you designed the comp plan around. Therefore...You will fail. Come back to reality please.
