Pros
Some good managers and lots of opportunities to learn new things. If you are green to your field and want to be learn a lot at once, this is a good place. Definitely a resume builder.
Cons
1. They cannot pay any of their bills on time which leads to constant disruptions 2. Executive leadership is fully of dizzy micromanagers who get in the way of any progress 3. Very negative atmosphere and constant criticism. No solution based actions. 4. Management has a bias toward preferring mandarin speakers only. They treat non mandarin speakers as if they are incapable 5. Executive leadership does not care about staff
