Most employees are nice and collaborative. They do a good job of hiring young talent out of school as interns.
Cons
Highly political environment. High degree of control - "no walking and talking on your phone", "all staff must work 8-hour days onsite". Retain many staff on contract for many years - e.g. 8 yrs - resulting in a lot of resentment and a dysfunctional class system where only actual hired employees can go to the onsite gym and attend quarterly all hands meetings,
