      Pros

      During my time at SPP for approximately 3.5 years, I've found it to be a great place to work right from day one. The benefits, including time off and pay, are good, and the overall atmosphere is positive. The company has always been accommodating of my personal schedule, which I appreciate. Bill, the owner, genuinely cares about the company, its customers, and its employees.

      Cons

      Just like any company, there can be disagreements between employees. But this is my third solar company and by far the best.

      Pros

      -Great coworkers. -Great work/life balance. -Okay compensation. -Provided in-house training and classes.

      Cons

      -Situations where PMs dip their pen in company ink which ultimately lead to favoritisms. -Promised quarterly bonuses were non existent. -I was hired to teach the last FST a lesson about being unhappy with their job. -Dishonest to customers about "uh ohs" -Dishonest to employees about intentions. -Lack of appreciation for fixing client relationships and work that became bumpy through the permitting process.
