The best part of working at this amazing company was the real family bond that everybody has together. I worked at Solar Plants and grew from ground level up. The training and development is second to non and i can honestly say that Solar Plants is really where I learnt my trade and I owe my succeses in my career to the magnificent Directorship of Leanne and Olly.

The coperate parties / incentives often left me slightly worse for wear.

It is a very rewarding place to work , the incentives are always very good and the commission is easily hit , they are understanding amd there is a great atmosphere everyday

There arnt many cons of working for solar plants , the hours can be a bit of a pain sometimes but you soon get used to them
