Pros
A lot of care is put into producing a high-quality product and team members are given the opportunity to grow and learn every day. Employees care about each other and are often friends outside of the workplace. I get along well with my team and others who we work closely with, making it a very fun work environment. Getting to work closely with the CEO has been great, because it gives me the opportunity to learn more and creatively solve problems.
Cons
The commute is longer than I would like, but I plan to move closer at some point.
