Toxic leadership, and Hostile work environment - Laborer Solar Gain Employee Review

I am a return employee. I installed residential and commercial systems here in a different role. This job, and company have given me the opportunity to make a livelihood helping people address issues with their PV systems. I cannot imagine anything in the entire world that I would rather do than analyze, troubleshoot, and problem solve issues with these systems that are supposed to give economic and environmental impact - so long as they are functioning. I am sensitive to the great waste in deploying such valuable natural resources, intellectual energy, and logistical planning, to not have a PV system produce and report normally, so I enjoy my work, and I am proud of my team.

There is not enough time in the day.

They are great at gas lighting you into working here and thinking that they actually care about their employees. Great at hiding their toxic work environment.

They are very cliquey and use the excuse of growing to fast that they can’t be bothered to properly train their employees. Management does not take accountability for any mistakes and instead blames everything on PMs and crew members. The upper management in Arizona talks so poorly about the California team and makes it a point to saw how lazy and incompetent they are. They do not have a work life balance and believe that employees should basically be at their beck and call every waking moment.
