The family runs the company. So don't expect fairness. They treat staff with favoritism. Family members get to work when they like. No benefits at all. They claim medical leave, AL are all benefits when its mandatory to provide. No work life balance. The director only listens to the Head of Operations which is family. This lady has no experience in managing employees and is a vendor only. Staff resigned within a year totaling up to 5 staffs, with 2 leaving in 24 hours notice. Complaints raised, but no action taken. No insurance, no IT supplies, No bonus, no raise, no KPI, no proper office, nothing. But they make you work 24/7, but Family takes time off. They use "mental health" for business but don't walk the talk.
