No micromanagement, generous PTO, sense of belonging, a decent sized workload that can keep one busy but not overwhelming.

None that I can think of

The pay was reasonable for the position.

There was zero guidance given to me as to what my job duties were. I was given menial tasks to complete and that was it. I was never told what specifically was expected of the position, until the day I was told that I wasn't accomplishing the required job duties (I assume they thought I was a mind reader and should have just known what these were). Additionally, I was reprimanded for missing work when my children were sick.
