      Pros

      Friendly co-workers and great upward mobility. Sol Legacy also does a good job of picking product that is really worth selling.

      Cons

      The environment clashed with my personality. Not the people, just marketing. I think this would be a great company for most people.

      -Career Oriented -Management cares about the employees -Travel Opportunities -Fun Work Environment -The employees actually love what they do -Opportunities for growth and advancement

      -Not your typical 9-5 -Not for someone who doesn't want to work hard

      Pros

      The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone is always there for each other. We're one big family. We all have so much fun together and we hang out outside of work all the time. The opportunity of the business is also huge. I have absolutely loved working here and am excited to continue!

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of is that there aren't enough hours in the day, so I can't spend more time there learning.
