Pros
Latinos are exploited and abused. Perhaps the only good thing to be said, is that employees learn how they should not be treated and how they shouldn't treat others.
Cons
The Most abusive place to work, toxic environment, owners are abusive and care less about employees. If you are a teenager and it is your first job, do not apply. You may be fired in less than two hours for lack of the right energy. The reality is, do not eat at a place that abuses employees.
