      You can understand about Japanese market, working at a japanese company gives a sense of stability

      Cons

      As local employee, I had low chance to be transferred to another work station around the world. Only employees from Headquarters in Japan.

      Religiously follow HQ's rule only Rotational staffs dispatched from Japan HQ act as "the boss" regardless of hierarchy Discrimination against locally hired employees Common usage of Japanese language in business setting in front of Non-Japanese speakers Extremely Bureaucratic system
