      - Some projects are built in-house, however casually devs get assigned as subcontractors to more long-term assignments therefore presence at client's offices is more regular & their policy should be followed

      Pros

      Freedom to work where/when you want, except when meetings with customers or colleagues are required. Management wants you to succeed and they try to take all the necessary steps to make sure you can.
