1. You need to work minimum 12 hrs a day. 2. Very less pay. Salary of a project manager in this company is equal to a fresher salary who works in top MNC product companies. 3. Hr people don't even give replies to your queries. 4. No personal life. 5. Strict timings 6. Micro management, they have a tool where you need to log every second of time that you have spent in office. your time log will be reviewed by TLs and PMs to know what you are doing in office.
