Pros
My experience working at this company has been mixed. On the positive side, the workplace culture among the employees is great. My colleagues have a good attitude and are supportive, skilled, and professional. The team atmosphere is friendly, and people are always willing to help each other out.
Cons
The management leaves much to be desired. The owner, in particular, has been a significant source of frustration. Their approach to leadership is lacking, and this has created several challenges for the team. The management is often unresponsive to feedback and does not provide the support needed to foster a truly productive and positive work environment. While the company has potential due to its talented and dedicated employees, the poor management overshadows these positive aspects. I hope to see improvements in the leadership style and a more employee-centric approach in the future.
