The team is amazing and there are great opportunities to develop. Finally, the company has taken a step in the right direction and are shifting the focus on ensuring that the employees have time to breath and are happy
Cons
After going IPO and going through multiple re-organizations the last 2-3 years have been shaky and the budget targets have been close to unachievable, all the while a changed bonus structure which limited earning potential
