      SoftwareONE has 7 core values in which they do live by. The culture is one that I would not want to leave. Employees are not held back by rankings. If you have an idea, leadership will listen.

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
