From entry level through to our CEO, everyone works together to help all employees feel a part of the team and have the opportunity for success whilst also having fun. The leadership and development teams are constantly working on new tools and services to bring to the market to keep SoftwareONE innovative, and great compensation is available to over-achievers across the board.
Cons
Onboarding has not been high on the agenda until recently, although this is now changing as a result of so many new people joining the team on a weekly basis and the demand is driving a better process.
