Pros
Some great people there, even the colleague from India were nice and helpful with the colleagues from other countries.
Cons
Positions were not announced, you would only get an announcement that a person was promoted despite bad results in their previous position or without management skills. Promoting wrong people means losing good people which eventually happened.
