Pros
Without sounding cheesy it really is the people that make it. Having a can do attitude will be a real asset to you here. Been with SoftwareONE for more than 3 years now and for the first time in my career I'm not having itchy feet at all!
Cons
It is demanding but to drive results you need to work hard. Quite simple really. The compensation plans really aren't great in terms of commission structure.
