Pros
I have never laughed as much as I do since I came to SoftwareONE. In meetings and with colleagues. Overall it's a very relaxed atmosphere that invites everyone to be themselves. And even though I am very new at this company it is clear that SoftwareONE put a lot of effort into educating their employees. Making sure that you feel you have your own goals and projects to work towards.
Cons
I can't think of a con. And for me this is a pro. But if you don't like working for a global company, softwareONE is not for you. Geography is not something that is in the way to create close bonds and a lot of my daily contacts are across the globe.
