      Pros

      Great Leadership team, they have people skills and direction is excellent. You feel heard and you know you’re important to the company. Working from home is a great benefit. Pay is above average at least in my case, very happy, a lot of work, but I do enjoy it. I hope to stay in this company for several years to come.

      Cons

      Working from home could be partial in some locations. I would prefer to keep my schedule 100% WFH and perhaps go to the office only one day per week. In places with high traffic, you just waste 2-3 hours per day in total for commute.

      Love to hear feedback like this - as you know most of us are WFH right now. I am sure we can provide some flexibility if you need it - please speak to your local People & Culture partner or line leader to explore the options - although the camaraderie& spirit in the office is also important!       Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
