I am of course disappointed to read the feedback - especially after such a short time with the company. We pride ourselves on living the values of the company so this is equally disappointing to hear. Our company vision is at the heart of the company and as such, the majority of our communication so I am surprised you feel that we did not have one - obviously we need to improve. Reference the leadership being unqualified - I would be interested to understand more specifics on this as our leaders are generally a product of the time, effort and success they invest and create in their own careers. I will look at the recent employee survey results to see if there is more insight here for Ireland but you are welcome to write to me directly if you are open to. Finally, I took the opportunity to review the performance statistics for Ireland - it has been one of better performing countries in terms of results over time, which means that we have consistently paid bonuses their to those that have qualified. Feedback is always a gift and we will look to improve - I am incredibly grateful for this - and of course wish you every success wherever you land next. John.
