The company is quite big and with footprints to 80+ countries , Big Player in Software Portfolio Management with good roadmap vision for the next coming years that includes the people. Work hard Play hard , if you work hard for the company you will definitely be rewarded and not forgotten. You get the change to interact with other people that come from different background, culture. And if you are lucky to be part of annual President's Club you will have the chance to meet them in person, speak to them specially to the board members directly get to know them and witnessed what SoftwareONE is all about.
Cons
For small subsidiaries and mostly other companies as well experienced slow progression though i don't say it's a Cons really but a challenge that once overcome reward is just an add on!
