Hi - thank you for posting your feedback. I am sorry you did not feel the impact of our training & development initiatives while you were with us - I hope you were able to give the NORAM HR team specific feedback as part of your off-boarding process. We obviously didn't make you comfortable enough to share your opinions (voice) during your time with us - so for anyone reading this, please don't hesitate to approach any leader in the company with feedback (including any of the EMT). You have a number of normal channels to do so (email etc) but you can also provide anonymous feedback if you wish via our Quarterly employee survey in Motivosity (our dedicated engagement tool).
