I love the fact you are positive about our culture - this is the real foundation of our amazing family. I know the work load is high but I trust that it is stimulating, challenging and rewarding in equal measure (if this is not the case then let me know!). I wish I could make the traffic disappear in India but we don't have a solution for this yet.
