Pros
Everyone I have met at this company, in person or on the phone, truly lives and breathes the values of the company. I am constantly impressed at the level of talent I find here, they really strive to get the best top 10%. Employee satisfaction is really important to the company and it shows.
Cons
The medical and dental benefits do leave something to be desired, especially dental unless you have great teeth overall. However, they do communicate about it and work to keep premiums from rising so it is a give and take there.
