SoftwareOne has a lot of opportunity to grow in services - some great partnerships and a few strong executive leaders. Flexible vacation policy is fantastic.
Cons
Strong leadership is SPARSE, and mainly only based in EMEA. Terrible compensation (salary, benefits, bonus), as well as poorly managed financials. Constantly moving the needle, changing key metrics to work towards, and zero investment to actually grow. Lack of understanding of how to run services side of business - terrible sales structure and no support for management. The company seems to care more about their outward appearance on socials and spending money on trips rather than investing in growing as a business. They make it impossible to succeed with insane cost rates, a terrible financial model, and no support.
