Pros
Great company with experienced engineers to learn from. The culture and whole social life at work is so good that I can't think of anything to improve here
Cons
As in any other software house, you may end up in a project which does not interest you, or is legacy. You can always say no to such an "opportunity" but we all know how it is - once the situation gets worse in the company, it is harder to have this assertiveness in you.
Additionally, again, as in any other SH, the compensation will never be as high, as when working in-house
