Nothing. They make you work till you die, no culture , no ethics. They say they will pay you salary in time, but it never happen. If you meet your target, you wont get paid for that month, they will hold your 3 month salary and pay it in 4th month that too after fighting with them. They say they will deduct 40% of salary if targets are not achieved, but in real scenario they wont give a single penny if your target are not achieved. Owner is a selfish guy who just look after his money. They wont even reimburse for travelling. If you resign from company, make sure you take your pending amount that day only else you wont get a single penny. They will say they will give you after 15days but they wont. Never join this company, be home search for better job than joining this
