provide training for cross technology, less work, Good food quality at canteen.
Cons
1) HR rules changes every month. 2) They stick only to retail since last 20 years but even then they didn't became a specialist in it. 3) In SPI india only support project is there no developement project. 4) Management are not good. 5) They hires fresher at the starting of the year and after 6-8 months fires them without even deploying them to any project.(I wont recommend this company to fresher) 6) Lot of politics for promotion and H1. 7) Any thing can happen at any tine i.e. server down, LAN down, Ransom Virus Attack, firing(experience+freshers). 8) Employees who are in onsite are there for 10-15 year and wont come back and give chance to offshore to visit onsite to learn business. 9) Onsite wont share business KT with offshore. 10) for frseshers there is 3 years bond but that is ony one way i.e company can fire any fresher at any time within 3 years but if fresher leaves byy themselve the have to pay 1 lakh rupees t company. WORST IT company to work in.
