Company should improve system for weekly reports and time sheets!

To anyone joining, just one single advice- DO NOT JOIN THIS TRASH COMPANY. This company is completely fraudulent. They create fake visa documents for candidates and are involved in highly unethical practices. I would strongly advise against joining this organization. The CEO is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic workplace ethics, treating employees disrespectfully as if they are personal servants.
