Owner micromanages every aspect of your time when you wake up to when you go to sleep 7 days a week. Bonuses and pay raises are not given as “promised”. If you expect a certain pay, get that upfront as your salary. Unlimited vacation day is not a blessing...stay away from that offer if you can.

Great industry. Smart owner who knows a lot about Sales Force technology. Pay is competitive and benefits are good considering the size of the company.

Owner is a complete micro-manager on down to controlling how you setup your computer, manage your calendar and what you are allowed to reference to learn the technology. This contributes to high turn-over which seems to cycle every year or two. You will learn a lot but don't plan on being there very long.
