Absolutely the most toxic company culture you can ever experience, and the poison is systemic globally. An ancient company trying to stay relevant, and it's shocking that they are still in business. Seriously, any positive review on Software AG on Glassdoor -- especially from the ME are written my Software AG management to counter all the negative reviews. Software AG is probably single handedly keeping the recruiting industry afloat with their 70%+ employee churn rate. They probably have 15 recruiters on retained search contracts. Absolutely no strategy, poor amateur hour senior management in the past and currently, and its a miracle that the company has not closed down in leu of the intense competition from Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, etc. This organization survives on fleecing customers for annual maintenance on 40 year old software implementations. If you're in sales in this organization, you will know exactly what the story is here. Micromanaged to oblivion, Sr. Management expects multi-million dollar enterprise deals to be delivered quarterly, when typical sales cycles take 9-12 months. I could go on, but I get so much acidic bile in my throat talking about Software AG that if I spat I could dissolve a yacht in the Dubai Marina.
