      Pros

      Though not always perceived as having the most innovative products, Software AG actually is at their core products amongst the frontrunners in the industry. In recent years the company made great progress in transforming the company into a company that is focused on cloud-native hybrid products that are sold in flexible subscription bundles. This change has broad lots of new energy in the company.

      Cons

      As mentioned, the market isn't always aware of the innovations the company has gone through. Despite being a german company, there is lots of freedom. This however means one sometimes has to do more than one would have to in another company to get things done as we don't have support functions for each and every small thing.
