Irrespective of knowledge if some north indian has certain caste name in last name he/she is hired
So due to this quality of team is compromised
Huawei'ans in certain team is spoiling work culture
Some old seniors are not doing job, Better they can join indian politics
One who has worked hard is not recognised or awarded
