Thank you for your review. We certainly strive to ensure all functions of the team feel valued. Evidentially, our global strategy seems to appear to you as outsourcing. We operate in many, many countries including the US where we have a strong R&D team along with our sales, presales, professional services and many other functions. We do not outsource jobs, we do however, have strategic centers for certain functions that collaborate on a global level. Colleagues across the US, Bulgaria, and India all work to support critical product needs as part of ONE TEAM.
