      They are structured and well measured in their approach to the market. The management team take an active role in supporting my career. The uncapped commission is amazing The products are category leaders with Gartner and Forrester in most cases Kick Off events and initial training in Europe

      Cons

      Long hours on a plane to get to Germany, but once you are there.....yay
