 Employees are not empowered Poor managers Very little communication from HQ or mgmt in NA Company's policies are not employee friendly--ex. trying to get reimbursed for expenses is laborious and takes too long to get your money - extremely frustrating when you travel frequently  Very little automation HR  un-effective -no programs /non revenue generating employees unappreciated (low salaries) Risk adverse All items above can be rectified if senior management would focus a bit on their employees than profits.
