- As long as you're working with customer, the place is great, they will give you benefits such as a good compensantion, free days asaide from your vacations periods an so on.
Cons
- Once the contract with the customer is done, the relocation is painfully slow and they lack of organization and onboarding to help you find a new role, so basically they kick you off insted of train you or search new oportunities for you.
