Lots of Cons -They pay 10k INR to a Software Engineer with a bachelor's degree!! -Unhealthy Work environment -Unaccountable Peers -Low Pay -No Day-offs -Undefined Work hours (10 and sometimes 12hrs) -No Projects -No credit for your work The list is long Its a garbage job. Please reconsider if you are thinking to apply here for the job. Don't go by the ratings given by the interns because they were actually college students doing their summer and winter training and they don't get their certificates until and unless they post a positive review on different sites.
