No employee benifit policy - Software Engineer Softlink Global Employee Review

There is long working hours around 9:30hr (10am to 7:30pm) and with lunch break of only 30 min...No Maternity benefit provided to our female employee,instead they are forcefully asked to put resignation and no I wanted to know what the use of government to make such laws if the employees are not getting single benefit out of it. There is no maternity leave no job security no payment of maternity is been provide to our female employees and this is really injustice to them so we cant expect paternity leave
